RLC members instructed in Undercover Policing Inquiry

Emma Gargitter and Rachel Naylor instructed in the Undercover Policing Inquiry.

On Monday 1 July, the Undercover Policing Inquiry commenced with Tranche 2 ( Phase 1) hearings which will include three days of opening statements, followed by thirteen days of evidence hearings. The evidence hearings will be held in-person at the International Dispute Resolution Centre (IDRC) in London.

The Undercover Policing Inquiry was set up in 2015 to get to the truth about undercover policing across England and Wales since 1968 and provide recommendations for the future.

Emma is instructed as 1st Junior Counsel on Tranche 2 of the Inquiry with Rachel Naylor as Deputy 1st Junior Counsel.

Both are led by David Barr KC at Temple Garden Chambers.
