Senior Practice Manager David Pilkington completes IBC Advance Business Management Course

Congratulations to Senior Practice Manager David Pilkington who has completed the IBC Advance Business Management Course, accredited by The Chartered Management Institute.

The bespoke course has been commissioned by the Institute of Barristers’ Clerks specifically to develop the skills, knowledge and professional opportunities available to a barristers’ clerk.

David completed modules in Business Development, Marketing, Practice Management, Chambers Management and Leadership Development. He commented:

“The delivery of the programme was a blend of in-person, eLearning, project based and one-to-one and I found it highly valuable. I now look forward to applying the knowledge and skills I have gained in contributing to the Clerks Room and the success and growth of Chambers as a whole”

David joined Chambers in 2015 and also holds the role of Deputy Regulatory clerk supporting Deputy Practice Director Nick Parkinson with day to day
