RLC members defend in Tower Hamlets estate agent fraud trial

Faras Baloch leading Alexis Dite has been instructed for the defence in a fraudulent trading trial concerning alleged unlawful behaviour by estate agents operating in Tower Hamlets, London.

Counsel will represent one of nine defendants in a prosecution brought by London Borough of Tower Hamlets Trading Standards.

The trial is due to last 3 months and commences at Southwark Crown Court on Monday 8th April.
