Jonathan Fisher KC and Tom Forster KC appear before Court of Appeal Civil Division

Jonathan Fisher KC and Tom Forster KC will be appearing in The Court of Appeal Civil Division on Wednesday 15th May and Thursday 16th May.

This is the first case concerning the Uyghur genocide to take place internationally and is the first to hold the UK authorities accountable for failing to prevent the proceeds of atrocity crimes entering the UK.
