Faras Baloch and Jane Oldfield have delivered training to 31 delegates in Vang Vieng, Laos, South East Asia on the Use of Electronic Evidence.
The training which took place from 5-9th June was organised by The Asia Foundation in Laos with participants consisting of judges, prosecutors and defence lawyers.
Faras and Jane explained the way in which electronic evidence is used in the UK courts both legally and practically, with real case examples. At the end of the training, the delegates performed mock legal arguments on the admissibility of pieces of electronic evidence in the style of the UK courts.
