Specialist Regulatory Advocates List announced

Chambers is proud to announce that a number of barristers have been appointed to the Attorney General’s updated List of Specialist Regulatory Advocates (known as “The Regulatory List”), which has now been officially approved for publication.

The Regulatory List provides the pool advocates who represent the HSE, Environment Agency, and ORR in criminal prosecutions and associated proceedings.

RLC members include: Valerie Charbit, Richard Beynon, David Claxton, Felicia Davy, Rufus D’Cruz, Andrew Marshall, Sailesh Mehta, Andrew Herd, Trevor Archer, Klentiana Mahmutaj, and Bethan Rogers.

Our members have represented the regulatory agencies in a number of the most significant and high-profile health and safety and environmental prosecutions of recent years, including fatal accidents, major instances of environmental damage, and cases involving high-profile corporate defendants, such as Thames Water.
