Sophie Quinton-Carter instructed for the defence

Sophie Quinton-Carter has been instructed by Lucy Brakewell of LB Solicitors to defend an allegation of assault by penetration of a child under 13.

The trial commenced at Snaresbrook Crown Court on Monday 5^th December and is ongoing.

Sophie has experience across a wide range of sexual offences and has worked as both defence and prosecution counsel in an array of cases. She has expertise and experience dealing with serious sexual assault, child sexual abuse, modern slavery and sexual exploitation as well as historic sexual offences.
