Simon Spence KC was interviewed by BBC Radio Suffolk giving reaction to the case of mother Sarah Sands who murdered the abuser of her 3 sons.

He discussed whether the public have a right to know if convicted sexual offenders are living in their community, the sex offenders register, the effect on families affected by the crime and whether convicted sex offenders had the right to change their names.
