Sailesh Mehta presents seminar “Bridge over Troubled Waters” – the landmark Thames Water Prosecution

Chambers welcome the Environment Agency to the half-day seminar “Bridge over Troubled Waters” – the landmark Thames Water Prosecution presented by Sailesh Mehta.

In 2016 Thames Water pleaded guilty to a series of water pollution incidents, described as the biggest pollution incidents in the UK. The case resulted in the Environment Agency’s largest prosecutions (second in size only to the Buncefield Explosion prosecution).
