RLC member Valerie Charbit led by James Ageros KC (Crown Office Chambers) conclude final overarching submissions in the Grenfell Tower Inquiry

The Grenfell Tower Inquiry was created to examine the circumstances leading up to and surrounding the fire at Grenfell Tower on the night of 14 June 2017.

Valerie was instructed by Danny McShee and his team at Kennedys to act on behalf of the Kensington and Chelsea Tenant Management Organisation (KCMTO).

Valerie Charbit has considerable experience in Health and Safety both prosecuting and defending. She also acts in cases before a number of regulators in Professional Discipline proceedings. She is Chair of the Regulatory Practice Group at Red Lion Chambers.
