Michael Goodwin KC instructed to defend company director in SFO case

Michael Goodwin KC has been instructed to defend Mr Reginald Larry‑Cole in a SFO trial arising from the trading of the Raedex Consortium and the nationwide car leasing scheme, Buy2Let Cars.

Mr Larry-Cole was a former director of Raedex Consortium, which included Buy2Let Cars Ltd. The business offered investment in a fleet of popular cars from brands including Hyundai, Toyota and Vauxhall, to be bought and leased out to the public.

The trial is set to take place in September 2026 at Southwark Crown Court.
