Michael Goodwin and Laura Kenyon prosecute in international smuggling operation

Michael Goodwin is currently leading Laura Kenyon at trial setting out the prosecution case against two men who were part of a team responsible for arranging the transport logistics of a ‘Human Cargo’ operation.  A man, Meet Singh Kapoor was found dead in the container being transported.  Michael Goodwin told the jury that the exposure of the plan was as a result of cries for help from the people inside the container.  Click here to read more.
