Max Hill QC successfully prosecutes man who plotted to behead poppy seller

Nadir Syed, 23, was today jailed for life for plotting to attack a poppy seller on Remembrance Day. Max Hill QC was successful in proving that Nadir Syed plotted acts of terrorism.

The trial was held before Mr Justice Saunders who stated, “I have no doubt that he is dangerous. In my judgement if he was released from prison he would go and try and carry out what he failed to achieve in this case….he would set out to kill in furtherance of his beliefs”. Click here to read more.
