Matthew Bainbridge secures acquittal in attempted murder case

Matthew Bainbridge has secured the acquittal of a 21-year-old defendant accused of attempted murder. The defendant was alleged to have been involved in a stabbing which severed an artery in the complainant’s throat and caused substantial blood loss. Following a three-week trial at Kingston Crown Court, the defendant was acquitted of all charges, including attempted murder and causing GBH with intent.
