Following a 5 week trial at the Central Criminal Court, Mathew Dance leading Nick Ferrari (4BB) has secured a not guilty verdict in a conspiracy to murder.
AH and 3 others were alleged to have agreed to kill DS. It was alleged AH (aged 28 and of effective good character) was the gunman in a shooting that took place on Acton Lane after the Notting Hill Carnival on 29 August 2022.
Following submissions being made at the close of the prosecution case the Judge ruled that there was no case to answer and directed the jury to return verdicts of not guilty.
