Retired English teacher pleads guilty to multiple rapes, indecent assault, inciting children to engage in sexual activity and possessing indecent images of children.
Frost had a history of such offences. In 1998 Frost was found guilty of indecent assault on a male under the age of 16. Frost was consequently jailed for 12 months and his name was placed on the Sex Offender’s Register for 10 years. In 2008 Frost moved to Thailand.
Today, Frost pleaded guilty to 45 sex offences committed both in the UK and abroad.
