Marilyn Vitte secures unanimous acquittal for murder

Following a 4 week trial at the Old Bailey, Marilyn Vitte led by Jeremy Dein KC (25 Bedford Row) secured the unanimous acquittal of their client who was charged with murder.

Marilyn’s client had been charged with two others following the stabbing of a young man in North London.

It was not disputed that Marilyn’s client inflicted the fatal injury, which was a stab wound to the neck. The incident was captured on CCTV footage.
