Klentiana Mahmutaj attends UN Human Rights Council session under her UN mandate

Last week Klentiana Mahmutaj attended the 48th Regular Session of the United Nations Human Rights Council in Geneva.

In her capacity as Chair of the Expert Mechanism on the Right to Development, Klentiana presented to the Human Rights Council the EMRTD’s Annual Report (A/HRC/48/62) and its first thematic study on operationalising the right to development in achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (A/HRC/48/63).

During the session, Klentiana engaged in interactive dialogue with Member States and other important stakeholders.
