James Holland instructed for the defence in drive-by memorial shooting

James Holland has been instructed for the defence of a client who has been charged with Conspiracy to Wound.

The case relates to a shooting which took place outside a church and during a memorial service in January 2023.

The trial began on Monday 8 January at Kingston Crown Court and will last 4 weeks.
