“Every Detail Matters”- Rebecca Chalkley invited to speak at The Association of Corporate Investigators symposium

Rebecca Chalkley has been invited as a speaker at The Association of Corporate Investigators one-day symposium on Thursday 10 November with the theme “Every Detail Matters”.

The event will be hosted at the Allen & Overy London offices where she will be joined by Polly Sprenger ( Partner at Addleshaw Goddard) to discuss the “SFO – recent enquiry findings” from 4-4.45pm.

On 21 July, the SFO published Brian Altman KC and Sir David Calvert-Smith’s review into the collapse of the R v Woods and Marshall trial (SERCO).

Rebecca was instructed as junior to Brian Altman KC in both the review and the writing of the report.

Specialising in financial crime and regulation Rebecca has over 20 years of experience of financial and commercial wrongdoing, including fraud, money laundering, bribery and corruption and market abuse. Rebecca is Standing Counsel to the Department for Business (BIES) and the Insolvency Service and has a vast experience of matters relating to Insolvency.
