Ed Vickers QC and David Malone successfully defend in drugs turf war Murder trial at the Old Bailey

Ed Vickers QC and David Malone successfully represented D in a 5-handed murder trial at the Central Criminal Court. It was the prosecution case that D was used by co-defendants to set up the assault and murder of the leader of a rival East London drugs gang. After a 7-week trial, the jury unanimously acquitted D of Murder and the alternative charge of Manslaughter.
