Simon Spence KC and Andrew Thompson have secured acquittals in an attempted murder trial at Norwich Crown Court.
Tancredo Bankhardt had faced allegations of attempting to murder three children following a serious collision on the A146 near Loddon, Norfolk. Following trial, the jury acquitted him of the attempted murder offences, returning convictions for serious injury by dangerous driving and dangerous driving.
