David Walbank QC lectures to the ‘Whitehall Prosecutors Group’

On 10 June 2021, David Walbank QC delivered a keynote lecture to the Whitehall Prosecutors Group, whose membership comprises senior members of all the governmental prosecuting authorities.

The bodies represented included the Attorney General’s Office, the Crown Prosecution Service, the Environment Agency, the Insolvency Service, Marine Management, the Office of the Rail Regulator, the Police Conduct Office, Natural England, the Financial Conduct Authority, the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner, the Office for Nuclear Regulation, Ofsted and the Security Industry Authority.

David took as his subject recent legal developments directly impacting on senior prosecutors and senior managers and having wider policy ramifications or likely to be of wide-ranging effect.
