Court of Appeal success in major POCA appeal

Cameron Brown KC drafted the Crown’s written response to appeals against confiscation orders of more than £14 million, in a case involving large-scale money laundering and fraudulent Bounce Back loan offences. The Court of Appeal rejected all the grounds of appeal, upheld the confiscation orders and confirmed that the proceedings had been fair throughout.
