Chambers is delighted to welcome new tenant Charlotte Noddings, whose practice spans a wide range of criminal matters including serious violence, drug related crime, financial crime, sexual offences and associated allegations. She represents clients throughout every stage of the criminal process and is regularly instructed as a led junior for both the prosecution and defence.
Charlotte has acted for a range of defendants in positions of responsibility, including police officers, company directors and other professionals. Through her led work, she has a depth of experience managing cases involving substantial volumes of evidence and unused material with a strong working knowledge of the disclosure process.
Alongside her criminal practice, Charlotte has a growing regulatory practice. She has been instructed in Environmental Protection Act matters, acting for both the prosecution and the defence.
Her practice also includes both civil and criminal confiscation proceedings.
Called to the Bar in 2019, Charlotte joins us from Leeds with a strong and expanding practice and Chambers are delighted to welcome her to the team.
