- Healthcare regulation – including the General Medical Council, Medical Practitioners Tribunal Service, General Dental Council, General Optical Council, Nursing and Midwifery Council, Health and Care Professions Council, Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons, General Osteopathic Council, General Pharmaceutical Council and Care Quality Commission (CQC).
 - Sports regulation – advising and representing in disciplinary proceedings involving governing bodies across professional and amateur football, cricket and horseracing, including anti-doping tribunals, player-club disputes and manager-club disputes
 - Education –instructed by the Secretary of State in proceedings before the Teaching Regulation Agency and defending teachers and students in disciplinary proceedings.
