Adam Wiseman successfully defends in fatal road traffic accident.

A jury at Winchester Crown Court has found Adam Wiseman’s client not guilty of causing death by careless driving. The defendant, Kevin Fooks, had been involved in a multi-car collision and the Crown alleged that the defendant’s driving had caused the death of one of the other drivers. The issue at trial was the quality of the defendant’s driving and whether it fell below that of a competent and careful road user.
