Adam Wiseman QC secures acquittal in homicide trial.

Earlier today, at Manchester Crown Court, Adam Wiseman’s client was acquitted of causing the death of Charles Birmingham.

The defendant had denied any causation between his actions and the death of the deceased. As such, the case centred around complex and conflicting expert evidence on the issue.
