Trial date set in Huntingdon train attack proceedings

Christopher Paxton KC and Matthew Sorel-Cameron have been instructed to prosecute Anthony Williams following a mass stabbing on a train in Cambridgeshire last November.
Mr Williams is charged with a total of 13 counts of attempted murder with other charges including alleged attacks in Peterborough and East London prior to the incident on the train.
The trial will commence on the 26 October, 2026 at Cambridge Crown Court.
