The Times examines Jonathan Fisher KC’s independent fraud review

The article considers Jonathan’s finding that juries are not the cause of delays in complex fraud trials, with the review concluding that “trying fraud without a jury risks the perception of opacity or special treatment, particularly in high-profile economic cases of political interest.”
