Sailesh Mehta provides legal analysis on LBC Radio

Sailesh Mehta was asked to give expert legal commentary on the recent Court of Appeal ruling relating to Shamima Begum, who lost her appeal against the decision to remove her British citizenship.

Talking to Matthew Wright on LBC on 24 Feb, Sailesh was asked to comment on the key points of law that the Lady Chief Justice ruled upon, including whether the then Home Secretary Sajid Javid’s decision to deprive Shamima Begum of British Nationality was unlawful.
