Trevor Archer and Andrew Herd are defending in one of the UK’s most high-profile cybercrime prosecutions.
Arion Kurtaj is alleged to be a leading member of the Lapsus$ group, said to be responsible for exploiting cybersecurity vulnerabilities in systems operated by major technology companies including BT, Nvidia, Revolut, Uber, and the notorious leak of Grand Theft Auto VI footage.
Arion Kurtaj has been assessed as fit to plead following two years of treatment at a secure hospital. He is due to stand trial on 9 November 2026 at Woolwich Crown Court for offences he is alleged to have committed as a child.
