Rapper DigDat found guilty of attempted murder

Rapper Nathan Tokosi, known as DigDat, has been convicted of attempted murder in a trial prosecuted by Kate Bex KC.

The victim, a rival artist who performs as Lugavelz, was shot at six times to the head in a drive-by shooting in Notting Hill, West London in November 2023.

The offenders were forensically aware and were able to leave very little DNA or cell site evidence from which to build a case. Nevertheless, the prosecution was able to present a compelling case against the defendant and the jury returned guilty verdicts on all counts in under 2 ½ hours.
