Kate Le Queux

Kate Le Queux joined Chambers in July 2025 as Director of Finance and Administration, bringing extensive experience in financial management, operations and business administration to the role.

She has overall responsibility for Chambers’ financial operations, including budgeting and forecasting, annual accounts, cashflow, payroll and member fee-payment processes. She also oversees key compliance and insurance requirements, working closely with members, staff and external advisers.

Alongside her financial responsibilities, Kate oversees key aspects of Chambers’ operations and administration, including accommodation and facilities across London and Chelmsford, IT and systems, data protection, health and safety and regulatory requirements.

As part of the senior management team, Kate plays a key role in shaping and overseeing the financial and operational framework that supports Chambers, its members and staff.
