Prosecutors claimed that two 'predatory males' - Victor Alvizu and Nestor Macias - 'deliberately took advantage' of the victim who had been heavily drinking on the night.
Paul Evans represented Macias alleged the sexual activity in Turl Street on May 4 was limited to Alvizu and that it had been consensual. The defendant was found not guilty and acquitted.
