Michael Goodwin QC joins panel discussion "Crypto Crime and Recovery: A UK and US perspective"

Michael Goodwin QC will join leading US law firm Kobre & Kim and Another Day for a panel discussion in Crypto investigations and recovery. The event will take place on Monday 5 September from 6pm at Kobre & Kim offices at 25 Broad Street, London and will also be available to watch online.

Michael will be joined by US and UK investigators and practitioners Miranda Ching and Evelyn Sheehan (Kobre & Kim) and Marlon Pinto (Another Day).

The panel will examine the topics of:

Combatting crypto crime in the UK from a US and global perspective
US asset recovery in the crypto space, including potential US Department of Justice involvement
Crypto investigation and recovery in the UK, from government seizures to criminal prosecutions
