Leo Seelig successfully resists appeal of terrorist conviction

Leo Seelig, instructed by CPS Counter Terrorism Division, successfully resists application to appeal conviction of D for preparation of terrorist acts and collecting information useful to a terrorist. D, an adherent of an extreme right-wing group which celebrated mass shootings, collected and shared manuals for the construction of homemade firearms and sought information on how to convert a blank-firing weapon to a functioning firearm.
