Klentiana Mahmutaj successfully prosecutes on behalf of Norfolk Fire and Rescue Service

Anthony Burlingham, a hotelier and company director in Norfolk was found to be in  breach of The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005.

Mr Burlingham and his former manager Damian Payne were both found guilty of failing to provide information to Norfolk Fire and Rescue Service in relation to an HMO owned by Mr Burlingham.

The charges were brought under Articles 27 and 32 of the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 following the inspectors’ findings of serious breaches of fire safety measures on the premises.
