Klentiana Mahmutaj discusses rule of law and development in The Banker

In her latest article for The Banker, Klentiana Mahmutaj examines Albania’s “Flamingo Revolution” from the prospective of the rule of law, democratic governance and the right to development.

The article considers the importance of public consultation for foreign investments and the significance of environmental protection, transparency and accountability within the context of Albania’s EU accession ambitions.
