Kate Bex QC wins case in Court of Appeal Gibraltar

Kate Bex QC successfully argued that a two year sentence of immediate imprisonment should be replaced with a community order as a result of which her client was released immediately.  The client was a vulnerable young person suffering from Autistic Spectrum Disorder who had sexually assaulted a child at a time when his illness was neither diagnosed nor treated.
