Genevieve Reed successfully defends in sexual assault trial

The defendant is a London taxi driver who was accused of sexually assaulting a vulnerable female passenger. The Complainant’s account was supported by recent complaint evidence and her call to the police, as well as evidence from her mother who had confronted the Defendant immediately after the alleged sexual assault. The Defendant was acquitted by the jury following a trial at Woolwich Crown Court.
