We are delighted to announce the launch of the Red Lion Chambers Fire Law practice website.
This website is perhaps the first of its kind and was launched off the back of a developing wealth of experience within chambers in this field. Sailesh Mehta, the head of the Fire Law team has recently prosecuted in the case of Foster in North Yorkshire, the most significant fire law case of the year, relating to the death of two teenage jockeys in a fire. The website features fantastic video content and within time will feature training for everyone involved in this area of law, from fire services themselves to local authorities prosecuting in cases.
