The Q&A style event was moderated by RLC’s David Walbank QC with Jonathan Fisher QC and Jasvinder Nakhwal, Partner at Peters and Peters. The speakers analysed and discussed the scope of new legislation, how it is to be applied and the challenges the National Crime Agency faces in considering hundreds of cases for possible action.
