Chambers took part in a mentoring event with the Female Fraud Forum [FFF] on 6 October.
The speed networking education event was the first in the FFF’s calender of networking events and took place at the offices of co-sponsors Charles Russell Speechlys.
FFF is a multi-disciplinary organisation aimed at solicitors, barristers, investigators, and forensic accountants, who predominantly work in the civil and criminal fraud sectors. One of the FFF’s objectives is both legal and personal development with focused educational events and hosting innovative networking and social events.
Gillian Jones KC (Joint Head of Chambers) and Allison Clare KC (Head of RLC Business Crime and Fraud Group) joined RLC Door Tenant HHJ Sally-Ann Hales KC, Charlotte Pender, Tamlyn Edmonds, Julie Nettleton, Priya Giuliani and Alison Newcomb as Mentors to offer career advice, tips and guidance to participants looking to develop their careers.
Allison Clare KC commented: “This was a great opportunity for FFF members to come together to help one another and also develop professional contacts. RLC were delighted to be co-sponsors of this event to support women working in fraud and business crime.”
RLC fraud barristers specialise in complex cases of regulatory and criminal fraud-related work, both defending and prosecuting criminal and civil fraud matters. Read more here: [Business Crime & Fraud]
