Barnaby Jameson QC and Naomi Parsons instructed in neo-Nazi National Action terror case

Barnaby Jameson QC and Naomi Parsons have been instructed in the prosecution of the co-founder of neo-Nazi organisation, National Action.

National Action was banned by the Government as a terrorist organisation in December 2016.

Ben Raymond, the co-founder of the organisation faces terror charges including membership of a proscribed organisation between December 2016 and September 2017 and possessing material likely to be of use to a terrorist.

The 5-week case starts at Bristol Crown Court on 1 November 2021.
