Angela Rafferty QC leading Josh Normanton of 5 Paper Buildings, acted for a senior medical consultant who stood accused of committing multiple serious sexual assaults. Following a trial at Birmingham Crown Court, the consultant was unanimously acquitted by the jury of all counts he faced. The case was reported in the national press.
