Allison Clare KC instructed to defend former Clifford Chance lawyer in his trial for Insider Dealing

Allison Clare KC has been instructed in the defence of Suhail Zina, a former associate at Clifford Chance, in a prosecution brought by the FCA.

The trial commenced at Southwark Crown Court on Monday 4th December and is estimated to conclude at the end of February 2024.

Suhail Zina is charged alongside his brother Mohammed Zina, who was employed by Goldman Sachs International.

They face six allegations of insider dealing and three allegations of fraud by false representation.
