Aimee Riese has co-written a chapter for ‘The Law and Regulation of Medicines and Medical Devices’ (Second Edition) by Peter Feldschreiber.
The latest edition contains a comprehensive discussion of the medical device regulatory legislation, including the new Medical Devices Regulation.
Aimee co-authors Chapter 9 ‘Liability in Criminal Law’ with John Binns, Eleanor Davison and David Hardstaff.
The chapter examines the interaction of the criminal law with the regulation of medicines and medical devices, in relation to both individual and corporates. It includes discussion of the application of the controlled drugs licensing regime to cannabis based products for medicinal use.
