Adam Wiseman QC secures acquittal in fatal road traffic accident trial.

Earlier today, at Guildford Crown Court, Adam’s client was acquitted of causing death by careless driving. The deceased, a motorcyclist, was killed on the A3 Guildford dual-carriageway in 2016 as a result of a collision with the defendant’s HGV. The issue at trial was the quality of the defendant’s driving.
