Valerie Charbit instructed in Lampard Inquiry representing a core participant NHS Trust.

The Inquiry, which began hearing evidence this week, is a significant investigation into mental health inpatient care in Essex.

Chaired by Baroness Kate Lampard CBE, the Inquiry is examining the deaths of over 2,000 mental health inpatients across the county between 2000 and 2023.
